An introduction to bitcoin history for people who know nothing about it yet. Six chapters, from the cypherpunks and the birth of bitcoin to Mt.Gox, legal tender and ETFs.

Your guides are Bits, a coin, and Mike, a calico cat. Real words from Satoshi's emails and Hal Finney's "Running bitcoin" appear with translations. Each chapter has a small hands-on demo, like a tamper challenge or a pizza price calculator.

For intermediate readers there is also a people guide (35 people) and an open source guide (23 entries, such as Bitcoin Core, Lightning and Sparrow). The Japanese manga edition is in progress, and an English one is on the way.
